Fill out the return form. Download the return form here and fill it out completely.

Step 2:

Submit your order. Send the goods together with the completed return form to the address stated on the return form. Make sure that the package is provided with a tracking code. As the sender, you are responsible and we want to avoid misunderstandings.

Step 3:

Receive the purchase amount in your bank account. Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within five working days.
